OUR RESERVATION POLICY is intended to be fair with our guests and also protect our business. When you reserve a unit and place a deposit with us, we remove that unit from the market and refuse other requests for it. For that reason, WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT of 30% (if staying 3 or more nights), 50% (if staying 2 nights), and a 1 night stay is to be paid in full before arrival. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Traveler's Checks, Personal Checks & Cash are accepted for payment. Your balance is considered due 30 days (summer) and 14 days (fall, winter, spring) prior to your arrival date and payable upon departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY: (SUMMER): If 60 days notice is provided we will return your deposit less a $50 processing fee. If your notice is less than 60 days but more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. If your cancellation is less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival your balance is due in full.  For this reason we recommend Travel Guard insurance to protect your investment in your vacation. We are unable to offer partial refunds for early departures. Ask our Guest Representative for details.
